The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 12:00PM- 6:00PM (closed on Holidays).

We sell Palace Playhouse Gift Certificates for a ticket amount, not a dollar amount. For example, a Gift Certificate can be purchased that would cover 2 show only tickets. They can be for either Show Only tickets or for Dinner & Show tickets. They may be purchased online or at the Box Office. Dinner & Show gift certificates are $41.50* per ticket, Show Only gift certificates are $20.00* per ticket. (*plus Idaho Sales tax and ticketing fee)

Gift certificates can be redeemed over the phone or in person at the Box Office. You will need the order number from the gift certificate to make a reservation. Have the show date and ticket type that you would like to attend in mind when you call or make your visit to the Box Office.

These fees include 6% Idaho sales tax and an online or box office ticketing fee.

We recommend no children under the age of 5.

Yes! Dining groups of 20 or more people may receive a 10% discount if booked and paid for in advance through our box office. Each production offers discounted show-only tickets such as Hamilton nights and weeknight discounts, but no group rates are offered for show-only tickets.

Show-Only tickets may be upgraded with a 24-hour notice. Call the Box Office to upgrade your ticket. Dinner & Show tickets cannot be changed to Show-Only tickets.

Ticket prices vary depending on the night, if you do show only or dinner and show, and what meal you choose. For dinner and show, your final total is the tickets and meal choice combined. You can view ticket prices on our website or give us a call at (208) 238-8001 for a more specific price point.
